To answer your question, Repack bearings every 7000 miles or once a year. If you're only doing a couple thousand miles a year you can do it every other year. As far as tires, replace the factory tires ASAP. I wait about a year to get some usage. Once you have a quality tire, replace them every 5 years. Even with little mileage they age out.

Repack bearings, depends upon how extensive the trailer travels over the course of the year. We've had our Montana 4 years now, going on 5. We've had the bearing repacked 4 times now. Yep, we travel a lot.

Over time, you will read of many stories of springs breaking and hanger bolts breaking.
Whenever you stop, inspect the wheels, tires and suspension.
Buy a TPMS. It will alert you to tire, bearing and brake problems. Ours has saved us twice.

If your rig came with Saliun 637 from factory you don’t need to change those out until till around 5 years or so. These are good tires with good track record.

Goodyear says to change tires every 5 years. The dealers aren’t supposed to even fix a flat after 5 years.

Keep an eye on them and the amount of miles you pull it. I do the grease every year and no more on a slow year every other year.

I lube suspension every year. check brakes every 2. found 3 bad wheel seals and 3 sets of greasy brake shoes and i never lubed axles. I already purchased wheel seals to repack brakes. Unit was only 2 years old. local dealer supplied new loaded backing plates no charge i supplied labor.( already had it apart any way) don't use axle fitting to lube brakes. Hint.. wire threw axle is double insulated so b careful when wiring in new brake assy. make sure copper is showing on wire

I changed my OEM Chinese tires after the first year. On my lighter 2007 3075RL I could use E rated tires and still be within the weight rating. I installed Michelin XPS Ribs. Michelin said inspect those tires yearly beginning at 5 years for problems (I inspected them yearly from new) and replace at 10 years. I replaced at nearly 9 years and they were still looking virtually new.

Each manufacturer had their own guidelines on when to replace. That is what I would go by.

I inspect and replace or service the bearings every two years, but we're not putting many miles on it. Inspect the brakes/seals every time the wheels are off. The new generation of ST tires seem to be much better than back in the day when they aged out in three years. I think you can safely get five or more years out of Sailun or GY Endurance, maybe Hercules and a couple others, but you should have them inspected yearly after three years for dryrot or belt issues.
