Keystone Owners Relations

Anyone know the name of the supervisor of the Keystone Owners Relations (Customer Service) department?

I think it used to be this guy: Ray Runge will serve as general manager of warranty operations and will oversee the day-to-day operations of the product teams and warranty department to assure a quick, consistent and fair response to preauthorizations and warranty claims.

Thanks for the info. I've been trying to deal with the regular warranty team, but not getting any replies or info I've asked for. Time to bump it up a notch.

Hi,

Garett Carolus is listed as the General Manager of Warranty Operations on LinkedIn. He took the position last March but has been with the company for ~14 years. It appears he replaced Ray Runge (who now works for Lowes). Stephen Holmes is the General Manager of operations.

We have not had problems with owners relations or any individual in owner relations not to say I got what I wanted all the time.

We do not know or have met Garett Carolus...I think... We have known and worked with Steve Holmes on several occasions and he has always been responsive to our needs.
