Lake George Escape Campground

We are heading out for our first trip of the year on June 16th. We were going to go to Lake George Escape campground in upstate New York for the week. Has anyone stayed there before? We stayed at Alpine Lake Resort in that area before and wanted to try another campground. Thanks Karl.

Been there it's nice, lot of activities for kids. BUT, for a really nice place in the Lake george area go to Lake George RV resort. the nicest place we have ever stayed.

We ended up staying at LedgeView RV Park, right down the road from Lake George RV Park. We drove Lake George RV park one day and will surely stay there next time we go to Lake George. LedgeView was a nice place but no much in the way of activities for the kids.
