I caution anyone considering buying anything from JC's RVs. We are trying to get our service contract refund from the RV we purchased from them in 2002 which we traded in to another dealer for our Montana. We've been waiting 3 months. I have 4 pages of notes on phone calls I've made to them. They keep giving us the runaround and won't give us our refund check. Now we're threatening picketing in front of their sales office if we don't get our check by this Wednesday! Sometimes you just have to take matters into your own hands. Our sign will say "JC's RVs are unfair to their customers."

Mike & Amy..... we never did find a Montana dealer in California we liked when we were searching to buy a Montana. That's how we ended up buying from Traveler's RV in Reno.

D and M: That's a long way to go to get what you want. But, hey, bet you're happy you did! We bought our Monty from East Bay RV and they treated us really good! I just hate having to fight for what is rightfully ours, like a refund. It's like pulling teeth for cryin out loud!!!
