For Droid and Android users

I'm going to be a free agent so my contract will end real soon, my question is to all the Droid and Android users.
right now I use a Black Berry Storm and it is paired up with my computer and I use Microsoft Outlook 2007, calinder, contacts, and E-mail for my BB, I also have 3 years of files, Excell, Power Point, and Word files on the BB now I dont want to loose it either.
Are these programs funtions compatable with the Droid and Android phones. Your help in this matter will be appreacheated.
Thanks don

Droid currently does not have free apps for word or excel. You can link to outlook and your other email servers without a problem. Being that it is google background, contacts and calendar are through your google account.
I get email notifications straight to my phone on my yahoo, gmail and messaging. It has adobe and word for opening attachments but not to write in. I don't buy apps and don't use the phone for anything other than personal use. I rarely turn on my laptop, as the apps and other software on the phone allow me to do all that I need.
I am answering you on my phone in this message. Sitting on the back porch.

Don you might want to send Alex Sian a MOC member a PM on this subject. I have read a lot of post from him and he seems very knowledgeable about the Droid and Verizon programs.

Go to http://www.androidzoom.com/android_applications/ and search for Microsoft Office. There are 3 different apps that are compatible with Office, between $10 and $15. With most Android apps, you can install, try it for a few days, then uninstall for a refund if you're not happy with it. I haven't tried any of these Office compatible apps, so I can't give any opinions on them.

Hope this helps.
