Gel Coat

Is there any way to buff out or a wipe on dressing to take scratches out of the Gel Coat

If they are not deep scratches I would try rubbing compound.

Assuming you have the hi-gloss option, it can be buffed with polishing compounds as long as the scratches are not too deep. I had mine done at a body shop. Came out perfect.
