Lippert Technical Institute

I recently discovered the Lippert technical Institute which is a online collection of training videos on many of their systems. I was looking for information about a Schwintek Slideout System which I knew nothing about. That wasn't a problem as I don't have a Schwintek on my Montana. But my son's trailer has it and it isn't working. I figured it was time to learn. After completing the class, and receiving a Certificate good for 2 CEUs (whatever they are) I actually understand how it works and what is wrong with his system.

There are videos on subjects such as: Schwintek Slides; Furrion Refers; Furrion A/Cs; Axles, Brakes, and Frames; Windows; Hydraulic Leveling: Awnings; Through Frame Slide-Out; Ground Control 3.0; and more...

It is a free to join operation. Go to https://lippert.thinkific.com/collections, create an id, and take a look. It never hurts to learn.

Being that I currently have a major Schwintek failure and the bedroom slide is being completely rebuilt due to the recall issue I too have become somewhat of an expert on the system. I'm sure you've seen my thread, Anyway I was told that they have completed the rebuild and it works perfectly on level ground. Tomorrow they will level it on not level ground and test it! Stay tuned! But yes a great resource to learn.

Wow a really great resource! A certification! Hell I 'm have a fallback career!

Carl, the ceu's are Continuing Education Credits. In many occupations, certification requires ongoing training and "continuing education" to maintain the certification.
