Axle serial numbers are not on the list. Dodged a bullet on that one.

Rotoflex

I have a Rotoflex pin box. Where do you find the model number?
There is a Lippert name plate on both sides but no model or serial number.
Also I think it says “19,000” on the front nose sticker.

Checked with Lippert and Keystone and neither have issued a recall recently, concerned this might be a scam. Can you redact the letter and post it or PM me please. Or take a photo and crop out the address and VIN. Recalls are not important and Montana Owners need to know what this is about.

Switched to Moryrde as well, no regrets. Was getting alot of pushing and shoving as we drove over hilly and bumpy roads. Moryde soulved all that. Well worth the extra money.

I couldn't find anything on either Lippert's or Keystone's site about a recall on the Rotoflex. We've got a brand new 2019 that we just bought in March & haven't received anything yet. If we do, I'll gladly redact our personal information & post it here for all to see, unlike some others.

its fixed I hope

Hey All,

Well we took the Montana in to get the pin boxed exchanged for the recall. They replaced it but with the same pin box model. I was told that I was going to be able to pick out my own pin box, and I could if I paid the difference. That might be what I heard but I don't think so. Anyway, they did replace the pin box and they showed me the problem. The new model pin box has the rubber pad glued to another sub-straight they glued to about 1/4 inch steel plate. Our's was cracked at the metal & rubber joint. But its done..
