It's still warm out there

With the temp still in the 80's, the critters are still out there. The guy next to us here at the park went out side yesterday morning and a few feet from the door just about stepped on a coontail which he took care of in short order. It was about 4' long and had 7 rattles. Guess I will have to put my hearing aids in before stepping out. When out in the brush it's the dog I worry about. A friend of mine a couple years back his Husky was bit on the side of the head and it wasn't a pretty site for a couple of weeks but he survived.
