Is this bubbling of the membrane anything to be worried about?
Hi all, 2024 Monty - been full time in it for 8 months now. Fixed a lot of things myself already, but just noticed the roof bubbling a bit. It could be nothing at all, but I just want to be cautious about anything that may allow water damage to the unit.
The bubbling looks worse some days than others, and its also hard to capture with a camera but here are the best photos I could get. It bubbles up about 3 feet long on both sides of the AC, just about a half inch to an inch of bubbling.
Should I do anything about this or is it just normal to have a little bubbling at this stage?

It appears the bubbling runs front to back. Thus, not just poor adhesion on the sheathing seams. I would be concerned, others maybe not so much. It that was my "new" rig, I would be wearing Keystone out.
Just my $.02.

The bubbles are normal, its the gas caused by the adhesive. I had this on my Cougar. Haven't seen it on the Monty.

I had this happen on a previous camper, it finally stopped. I think it was just out-gassing and over time, it finally simply ran out of gas. I would watch it, but not do anything with it. You won't be able to get any response from Keystone though, you'll need to go back to your dealership and start with them. It's under warranty, so have them inspect it. That's your starting point if you are really concerned. Having it checked out won't hurt anything. But right now, it's nothing to sweat over. Give them a call, make an appointment. That's your best move.

Start with your dealer and keep a record of everything that transpires. I’ve had 4 rv’s with rubber roofs and I never had that issue. I would be overly concerned but that’s me

I took it to the dealer and they said it looks normal but they documented it with Keystone just to be on the safe side. Thanks all for the recommendations!
