Installing an outlet under bed

I remember seeing thread(s) on installing an outlet under the bed for a Sleep Number pump, but I cannot seem to find it now. Anyone have a link to them? Thinking about installing one for our new bed. Thanks

I installed two outlets, one on either side of the bed. I ran a circuit from my circuit breaker panel to a junction box under the bed on the floor next to the hydrolic pumps. From there, I used SJ cord (extension cord) to boxes that I cut into the side of the bed and installed the outlets. The SJ cord is flexible and moves with the slide.

Jim's the man on anything electrical (and most other things), but here's a thread that might interest you: http://www.montanaowners.com/forums/...chTerms=outlet Some of these folks were only needing 12v, but many went with 110.
