Help with outlets

We are first timers and trying to figure all this out. I finally got the solar circuit working (the GCFI had been tripped), but still can’t figure out how to get other outlets to work in my 381tb while on battery power. What am I missing?

Jane,

First, welcome to the forum!

You need to give us more information to help with your outlet question.

-What is the year and model of your rig?
-Does it have a Montana installed inverter?
-Do you have a residential or RV reefer? Some models only came with an inverter if it had a residential reefer.

An inverter takes 12 V DC power from your battery bank and converts it to 120 V AC power.

It’s a 2023 High Country 381TB
It has a Montana installed inverter
It has a residential refrigerator

Your unit probably has the SolarFlex 200 installed. If that's the case the AC wall outlets that have power from the inverter should all be marked with a yellow sticker. Check the outlet for the TV, the outlet for the side-by-side recliners, pop up outlets in the kitchen and an outlet in the bedroom. In our unit, those are the only AC wall outlets that are powered by the inverter. All the other outlets require shore power to work. The RV needs the SolarFlex 1200i option for every outlet to run off the inverter.
Here's the link to the 2024 SolarFlex https://www.keystonerv.com/solarflex_landing
Scroll down and there are links to the 2022-23 SolarFlex systems where you can find more info for your setup.
