Norcold 18cu ft Fridge 2118series

We have a 2018 Montana 3820FK with Norcold 2118x series refer. and quite a bit it goes dead likec there's no power doesn't switch over to gas either then after a short time comes back on anyone else have this fridge problem and have a solution. Curtis trailers can't get it to do it when we take it in to them because there's no rhyme or reason when it happens if your not in it when it happens we have been lucky and have been there when it happens on quite a few occasions.

I have had that problem with my ARP-RV unit shutting the fridge down for a period. It was actually due to incorrect settings of the ARP and I no longer have the problem. Do you have an ARP installed?

What exactly is a ARP unit and where would I find it

Looked it up so I could see what it looked like it also said after 2015 they don't recommend putting them on Norcold fridges I will pass your reply on to out trailer repair so they can check it out for me. Thank you for the info
