New Kids with Full Monty
Howdy to all you montana fans. We just purchased the 3400RL 2006. Could not be happier. We are trying to find something wrong but so far nothing. We are going to be on the road for 3 months and if we have any questions we will be sure to stop by and chat with you all.
If you are near VA for any reason at Bull Run Park we will be hosting there for two months. July and August 2006.
We also are going to try to make the Montana Rally in the fall.
If any of you have been there please let me know how it is. What to expect and what to bring. Look forward to seeing Montanas on the road.
Marge and Bill

Welcome Marge and Bill to the MOC family.
If we start heading south in July we may be looking you up at Bull Run. Just where is it located?
Been to 2 MOC rallys in Goshen and I promise you that you will not be disappointed if you decide to attend. As far as what to bring check out the ANNUAL MOC NORTH AMERICAN FALL RALLY 2006 threads. You will find everything you need.

Welcome to the Forum! I read your post a bit too late for two reasons...first, we are in H.S. right now, at the River View Paradise RV "Resort" about two miles north on Treasure Island Rd. That is about 4 miles west of the city on 270. Would have liked the chance to see your new rig!
Second, we spent a couple of days at Bull Run two years ago, and enjoyed it very much. Nice place! Just a short drive up to the new Air and Space Museum at Dulles. Be sure to visit that! Only rerasonable way to see DC is one of the Park and Ride places and then by bus into the District. Be sure to visit the "new" WW II Memorial and the VN Wall and Memorials.
DON'T MISS going up to Getteysburg!! Pay the $$ and take a guided tours. Really worth the cost. Getteysburg is so large and spread out that you are wasting your time trying to do it alone on the first several trys. Just too much history and too much knowledge that the guide3s have that you wouldn't get a chance to hear. Makes it so much more meaningful. I had some friends who live in the area and have visited there several times take a tour with my wife and me. They said they learned more in that hour+ than they had in all 5 previous visits. If you get a chance, read up a bit on it first...there are some excellent books, a couple by ?Shirra?. Amazing times and people.
Enjoy VA...we are enjoying Arkansas!
Best,

Welcome Marge and Bill to the MOC family and have a great campout July - August that will be a perfect shakedown run, if anything is going to go belly up it should be then, because you'll be camping. it always seems to be that way. have lots of fun.

Here we are in rain country. Our first time in real rain and the large slide out leaked so bad I had lakes in all my cupboards. The dealer here in Manassas were great. They got us right in and found a mfg error in putting on the tape on seam. They repaired it and caulked it and no more leaks.
Bad news is our computer case (black Leather) was on the carpet next to couch and the carpet got soaked so a black spot from the case is on carpet. Nothing I have tried or dealer tried will get it out. Any ideas. It appears to be black stain from leather bag. I am really upset and would love to get spot out.
We are enjoying our stay at Bull Run and will be here till mid sept. So much to do in the area. The folks at the park are great and camp hosting is fun too. See you at the ralley in Sept.
