MorRide lubrication

Hello all,

My wife and I own a 2015 Montana 3610RL.

As part of maintenance, I was going to lube the Zerc fittings on the MorRide suspension components.

I successfully lubed several of the zercs, however, several zeros would take no grease at all. I even installed a new zerc fitting and still was unable to get any grease into the component.

Has anyone had the same issue? If so, how did you get it resolved?

Thanks!

Many treads on this issue. You have to get the wheels off the ground to relieve the pressure on the suspension while adding the grease.

Another issue could be that the wet bolts were not install correctly. The grease holes in the bolts are supposed to be oriented at either 3 or 9 o clock

Not meaning to sound like a newbie, but what is best way to get both wheels on one side off ground to relieve pressure? Thanks

If you have hyd leveling Jack's, raise it up.
If not I believe the preferred jacking method is to lift the frame. Make sure you brace it. Safety first.

Not to disagree, but using a bottle jack under a ubolt (one wheel at a time) will get it off the ground far enough to enable you to spin it while pumping the grease in.
