The blue breakers are tandem breakers. There are two breakers in each breaker case for a total of four individual blue breakers. But they operate and trip independently of each other.

GOT IT FIXED! Replaced the breaker with the one from home depot, everything is now back up and running. Thank you all so much for your help and steering me in the right direction!

Check the ground and neutral (white wire) buss strips to be certain all securing screws are tight for every wire. I don’t see any sign of heat on those white wires from your picture, but if any wire is loose on those buss strips the circuit they are from may fail. Seen it often with these older rigs.
