Glenn, you are right in making a larger access to get to your filters. In the Big Sky you have to spill out half the water from the filter housing before you can remove the assemble through the small door. I am also going to make a larger door for easy access, maybe a sliding door?

Great looking job.

Thanks, Glenn. I figured you had it covered, I just couldn't figure it out from the picture.

Glenn,
I am going to try and do this mod this coming weekend. A couple of questions I hope you don't mind me asking. It looks like your supply line connects to a penetration that wasn't in use before you made your mod. Is that correct?

Second, where did you tie your output from the filters back into the system?

Thanks,
Bill

Gleen saw your post about being "disconnected" from the electronic world. blew up your photos and although our floorplans are different and the area behind them is different was able to complete the install this weekend. Here are my before and after pics...

I was surprised to see our monte didnt have a factory water filter, our cheapie 2004 Rockwood had one, it also had a home theatre with sound and features that whipps the pants off any factory montana system Ive seen. I'll still take the montana, as it excells in every other catagory.
