Cool Factory Tour - Actual Production Footage

We were fortunate enough to have been able to see our new 2020 Rig Build from start to finish including the full body paint process.

I know some of you have been on the standard non production tour, and others aspire to go but haven't yet made it. We documented the entire process so feel free to watch.

Very good video! Thanks for sharing! We are heading to Keystone next week. I hope to get a glimpse or our new unit being built. How did you get to see yours? Any particular steps to be able to see your particular unit?

I watched this video this morning at 4am!! Very nicely done. It looks like we may have a new rig on the way soon. Too early to tell yet, but watching them build them is amazing.

I think he started the video on Thursday sept 26
Unit went into the paint shop on Thursday oct 3
and I think it took 3 days to get the paint and clear coat done...
So I am guessing it rolled out into the delivery yard on Tuesday Oct 8. If this is correct then it took 8 working days with delivery/pickup on day 9.
I assume they do not work weekends but I don’t really know for sure.
These dates are to the best of my recollection. Intend to watch the video again.

Thank you for sharing. Very through job. I have a much better understanding of the innards and how they are put together.

Thanks for sharing! The best "factory tour" video I've seen yet! Other videos show only a few things....I liked being able to see more of the build process in your video. And that paint job! Wow....very nice!

Did you happen to see how the black tank drains from the toilet.? Does it go straight into the tank or is there a bend before the tank?
Thanks, I really enjoyed seeing the factory tour. We have a 2019 Montana 3791rd

I enjoyed the video. We have a 2020 3855br too but we don’t have the paint. Maybe next time. Thanks for sharing your experience.
