Floor issues

We are getting a lot of floor clicking sounds as we walk around. It is mainly near our fridge. It will even click sometimes near the fridge when we get out of bed at the upper front of the unit. It sounds like a metal click or snapping sound. We have a Montana 3160 RL. Next question is if I cut out the under trailer plastic core to take a look what is the best way to fix

I would not cut out any of the coroplast as it will become an issue keeping it together later on. It is very likely that from underneath you won’t be able to see a cause for the noise and probably couldn’t do anything about it with everything in the way. You might have a couple of fasteners that are not completely tight holding the floor substrate against the framing and that movement is what the noise is from. I wouldn’t worry about it, but that’s just me.
