Initial Hitch Height Setting

I will be installing my Reese 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch w/ Square Tube Slider on a Reese Elite Series Underbed Rail Adapter for Ford 5th Wheel prep tomorrow. I then go pick up my new Montana 3900FB on Saturday. Any advice for initial setting of the hitch head, 13", 15" or 17" high?

Or do I simply set in the middle and then adjust on site at the dealer?

To get mine level, we set the hitch to the middle and lowered the pin box. Which is just another way of saying I agree with the above advise.
