Just use an edible, you can even buy capsules is you want. Why would you want that smoke in your lungs anyway. Edibles also offer a better high than smoking it.

I really don’t care what people smoke however I quit smoking cigarettes 25 years ago and hate the smell now. I feel that if someone wants to smoke it’s okay. I always have the option of walking out of the area. In my site I would ask that they refrain. Pot on the other hand I am highly allergic to and get vicious headaches & nausea to the point of vomiting. That said, I would hope people would be courteous in use.
By LAW your marijuana use changes state by state. It’s illegal here in Montana (except medical with a card) so because it is legal in WA, NV etc it’s still illegal in Montana and a misdemeanor (depending on quantity) and you can be arrested. Medical marijuana also is only good in the state it’s issued from unless the law was changed in that state specifically. Funny though, our elderly pug is on CBD oil.

You can`t talk about guns but the admin feels it`s ok to talk about doing something that is illegal. It makes perfect sense to me.

I was a camp host in Colorado last year, ranger said it was illegal in any federal campground, it's still illegal by the feds. Even though we were in Colorado he told me this is not Colorado it's Federal property. And he as taking people to jail because of it.

It's still illegal in NY state though the swamp creatures at the state capital are still hawking it as a good idea. Maybe next year, 2021. But with that said, Vermont is only 15 minutes or less away by boat, 30 by bridge or 60 by ferry.
