Dometic AC Manual
Sorry if this has been discussed before. I am trying to find info on how the new ac's bolted down. I am going to start my ac mods and need to get into the plenum (sp) so I can check and see if it is sealed. I am very familiar ac with the interior flanges but this is my first with ducted system. Dometic has been no help with a install manual and Keystone, well is Keystone, no paperwork for the ac and Keystone manual says nothing about install. I need a install manual. Any help please.
Thanks

If I remember right there are four lag screws holding them down.

Correct, directly into the roof, remove the ac cover, you will see them.

You can get the install manual on the web from Dometic!

Thanks for the info on the lag screws. Guess I was just being lazy and trying to see if I could get to the plenum with out removing the unit. As soon as I get up on the roof and take the cover off so I can find a part# I will look at Dometic web site for a manual. I looked through 154 pages of manuals yesterday with no luck. Fruitless with out a part#.

You would think Keystone could at least tell us what model they put up there, but no.

My construction sheet shows the rear AC has a heat pump, found out by accident the front low profile one has a heat pump also. Would have thought they would know that, but was talking to Keystone about another issue and it seemed to be a surprise to them also.

Guess I lucked out. My 2015 Montana came with a "Keystone RV Company Systems Checks - Dealer Prep" sheet that has the make, model & serial #'s of most everything in and on my unit, including both AC's, furnace, range, refrig, etc.
