Changing out dining table in a 3120rl

Has anyone changed out the dining table as its awfully high and tight. We are thin but it's not comfortable. If you can show pictures it would be helpful. Thanks for any ideas.
Thanks for any help.

This is our work in progress as we hated the leaning table in ours.

CF isn't the same without that big Montana there or seeing Sharon making her daily walks. When all of the covid junk is over with, we will get you guys out for burgers.

We removed ours all together, the table is not much larger then a couple of tv trays so we just eat off them instead and we have the dogs crate where the table was.
