Smile 2001 Montana 5th wheel black and grey tanks

Hi there..

New to forum. Hoping someone can be me some insite as to me current tank locations. 2001 Montana 5th wheel, Model 3280 RL 5th wheel. I have island kitchen and have galley tank that I have a valve between two tires on Driver side location, which I just leave open for convenience.

Now, my issue is black and grey tanks. Have lost handle on rear tank pull bar as well as decals on remaining handle (there are two) on the DS location in baggage compartment. So anything indicating which was grey and which was black is totally missing.

Am I correct in assuming black water is rear valve (when facing them) and grey water is front valve? And how many grey tanks do I have? Just the ONE under the galley and ONE for the shower and then ONE black water?

I checked brochure but it doesn't give any tank placement info.

Thanks for any help.

No guarantees on which valve is black or gray. Put water into the bath and then pull one of them. If it’s clear, that’s the gray tank valve. Brown, and it’s your black tank.
