15V AC on the frame of a 3731FL

I just returned home last night from a trip to Georgia. I hookup my power from the house and started to unload. My son was looking at my bike rack on the back bumper of my 2017 3731FL and he got a little shock from the bolts that secure the bike rack to the bumper. so he check the jacks of the RV and they where hot also. I got out my multi meter this morning I have 15.2 volts AC on my ground (frame of my RV) I know from experience I need to find my bad ground on my RV. I don't trust the dealer because of other things they FIXED I had to redo them to have them fix the right way.
Now, where is the bad ground!!

Check ground connections in the front storage compartment for tightness.

Green wire safety ground issue. Could be anywhere from your home outlet to your power cord/connectors/adapters to the point the power cord green wire connects to your frame. Check it thoroughly.

How did you hook up the power from your house? Are you using a standard 15 amp extension cord? If so, check that the ground is good in that cord. I had a similar issue with a brand new cord. Plugged in my old camper and about knocked myself across the driveway when I touched the rear bumper. Replaced the cord and problem gone.
Even if you are using the 30, or 50 amp cord plugged into the proper receptacle, check the ground in the cord and plug.

Forget the front compartment, that is 12 volts DC. Check all the connections, grounds, neutrals, and hot legs at the breakers inside the trailer's inside electric panel. All these connections are notorious for being loose.

Hi

You are lucky ours was 90V AC on frame and closer to 100V AC on 12v system with battery removed and everything 12v shutdown. It took me a month to unwind all of the 12V and 120V wiring to stop the induction voltage. All of this the first 12 months of ownership and keystone would not help at all.

Exactly what you found and what you did to correct the problem would be helpful.

My problem turn out to be a bad (DOG BONE) the 30amp to 50 amp dog bone had a broken ground.
This was one of the easier fixes.

We were in Vancouver, WA a couple months ago, plugged in to the pedestal and our Progressive EMS would not turn on due to a bad ground. I checked the dogbone, (this was a 30 amp pedestal), and found it good, went to the office and their maintenance man cam out, tore the pedestal apart and checked everything good. I finally pulled the dogbone off the 50 amp plug on my shore cable, and the ground prong was missing, stuck in the dogbone. Had to quick run to a couple of places to finally get a replacement plug and everything works now. Couldn't believe how flimsy the ground prong was on this five year old cord. Your shore cable can fail also, so it's necessary to check everything.
