Maxxair Fanmate vent cover install tip

Just a quick post to possibly help someone in the future. I was installing a Maxxair Fanmate cover on our bathroom exhaust fan. In theory the fan we have should have had the quick clips on it but it didn't do I was having to drill and install the provided clips. After my first attempt that didn't line up right I noticed what looked like small rivet heads that were almost exactly where the screw holes needed to be. Turns out they were small plastic plugs over the factory holes for mounting the clips. So if you are trying to install one of these covers look first to see if your fan has these on it (they pull right out) to avoid drilling unnecessary holes. Oh well, thats why they make sealant.
