Huge Thanks to Dick Montgomery

Just a big shout out of THANKS to Dick.

Ever since we found the 3721 floor plan we though of it being the absolute perfect floor plan for us with one huge exception that being that one has to roll the bedroom slide out 8 inches while on the road to access the bathroom and bedroom.

I always had my thinking cap on but when Dick posted recently about purchasing his 3720 and getting the dealership to convert the bath pivot door to a standard swing in door it finally got me moving.

After a couple pics from Dick we sprung in to action today and after 4 hours we have the standard swing in bath door and we can now say again we wouldn't purchase a floor plan that does not have access to bed, bathroom and fridge while travelling.

The door does now swing in against the toilet but there is more than enough space to get in and close the door.

Thanks again my friend.

No problem. That's what this forum is all about. Could never pay back all the ideas and warnings of problems and their fixes I've gotten here.

Thanks Dick, good pics, DW likes the curtain hanging in the shower to help keep water off the shower door and out of the tracks. After seeing these pics a new shower curtain will be her next mod.

With the toilet hung on the wall like that, it's going to be tough to keep water in the bowl!

=O)

Actually those pics with a shower curtain are from our bath after the door modification although Dick may have done that mod as well.

The shower curtain hung inside and cut to the proper length is a great mod we picked up on the MOC forum some years back.

Like Dick said we alone cannot begin to repay all the valuable advice we have been given from our membership in this great forum.

P.S. sorry for sideways pics as it was our first time posting pics directly from our phone. A great new feature of this forum I might add.

Actually the shower curtain picture belongs to DarMar not to us.
