Hi Tom,
Notice you are pulling with a DRW truck.... Is there a reason for that since the SRW trucks are so capable?
Or do you just like to spend more money on a couple extra wheels or do you like the safety margin a DRW truck provides.
After all, they all pull just fine.

When we bought our first Montana in 05, we had a single rear wheel 3500 and it pulled that unit just fine. However when we bought a new Montana two years ago, the trailer weight and pin weight were over the truck's rating. When pricing out a new truck, I was torn between getting another SRW but decided on the dually just to avoid having a repeat problem should we ever buy another trailer. Otherwise, I would have gone with another SRW. The old one pulled our older trailer as far east as Maine and as far west as Alaska - through numerous mountain ranges - with absolutely zero problems.
They
DO pull just fine as long as they are matched to the weight of the trailer.
