Sliding Drawer

We have been trying to convert to Digital signal in our Montana but up until yeaterday have been unsuccessful. My question is this- we have slide out drawer that goes behind the flat screen tv. We have tried everything we can to get that drawer to come totally out but can't do it.
Does anyone have any suggestions? Anything would be greatly appreciated. Deb

If you feel and look along the outside rail, in the channel of the slides, you will find a thin, wedge of plastic that needs to be pushed up or down to release the slides as you pull on the drawer. It can be a real challange to get these apart, even if you know how they work.

There might also be a stop in the middle or sides that need to be release different than what KTManiac mentions. You might need to look above or below the drawers to find it.

The drawers in my Monty use friction slides on either side of the drawers. For these, one needs to grab firm hold of either side and pull hard to get the drawer out.

Let us know what you figure out.

As KTManiac said. Ours are black. Easy to see on the silver slid of the drawer. Had it out many times. Good luck.
