I find it funny that y'all make it sound like they are built by two different comp's when there is not that much different in them at all both have the same so called wood in the cabinets & walls same plumbing & Elec. And most everything else. yes you do get the newer stove & convection microwave in the Montana but the fit and finish is all that much better than the HC I have worked on both them a long with SOB's and they are
built for full time living and warrantied for it. I think most of it is witch floor plane you like!
