Campgrounds near Yosemite Park.

Looking for a campground for spring break. Wondering if this time of year is good in or around Yosemite area.

Any suggestion would be of help, not to familar with N.CA

We visited Yosemite in February. The weather was great (70 degrees day, 40 degrees F at night). It had snowed the week before.

After one week, we headed out of the park as it started to rain. It's been rtaining on an off since.

We stayed at Yosemite South Campground in Course Gold, a very nice park with full hook ups.

This is a great time of the year as Bridal and Yosemite falls are in full flow.

I was looking into that park just last nite. It's between there or going East to Sedona,AZ.
Have only taken the rig out twice since we purchased it in Sept. Have the bug really bad to hit the road. I'll toss the coin this week.

If you are an Escapees Club member then you'll want to stay at Park Sierra in Coarsegold, CA. It is one of the nicest Escapees parks we've stayed at. It is about forty minutes or so south of Yosemite.
