Check that the lens is mounted correctly. Some have a tiny weep hole and I had some that were mounted with the weep hole up allowing water in, but couldn't drain out. Removed lens and remounted with weep hole down and problem solved.

Yeah, I will check the weep hole on mine. My lenses let moisture in whenever I wash it.

There was a TSB about this. People who had issues reported it, they tell you to take it to your dealer. Dealer confirms it. Keystone sends replacement lights WITHOUT rubber gasket seals which leak. Use silicon caulk to seal the lights.

It is cheaper to just buy a new light at parts house and install yourself than take it to a dealer and leave it for a week or 2. This would be a good time to change out the back-up light to a tail light. Just install new tail light and wire it to the other tail light. Many on this forum has done this as the back-up light is useless.

I have 2 tail lights and 2 back up lights. I like that my RV came with 2 back up lights. I find them very useful. IMO I don't need 4 tail lights.
My RV is a 2012 and I replaced my marker and tail light bulbs with leds. I have a Furion back up camera and the bright LED bulbs in my back up lights work great and illuminate behind me when needed. The back up lights also warn people that I am backing up.

Our 2019 3791RD had that on PDI day. The water had been inside so long that the circuit board had rust on it. You could see it through the clear lens inside the backup light. CW replaced both of them. No problems since.

I have a 2019 3791 and I have the same issue with water inside my light. I took it apart, dried it out and applied silicone around the outside. I have also noticed that after I found the water, I now get a check trailer wiring error, that sporadically appears in my tuck when towing. This could happen repeatedly for 10 minutes straight or I could drive for hours without it happening. I am not sure if this was just a coincidence or due to the water in the light and it shorted something out, but I have an appointment with the dealer in regards.

While I’m Fl for the winter informed my CE dealer I had water in a backup light. Drained and resealed. When I arrived home in April found a recall letter from Keystone. As it was empty now no replacement. Added a little water sent them a picture with the vin and they sent me a new lens. Dealership would replace if requested as recall. I may still have that letter if anyone wants an EMAIL copy. Mine is a 2019 3761 FL

We had a notice on our 2019 3791RD. I called Keystone and I had the option of taking it to the dealer or send them to us. They sent them to us.
I had to send them a picture of each lens where the rust was first.

We have a 2019 3791RD that had similar issue with our taillights.
Keystone notified us that a recall was issued for this and we went by the dealership and had it taken care of

This was at PDI, replaced under warranty. They are supposed to be sealed units. If it happens again, I'll probably drill a small weep hole in the bottom.
I did convince the dealership to let me swap them out myself so that I could do a better job with the butyl tape.

A Phillips head screwdriver, medium to large wire nuts, 20 minutes. DIY easy

Best to use a square drive/Robertson bit if the screw allows, the Phillips always makes a mess of these screws, not a tight enough fit.

I have both in my bit lit. Might be wrong but fairly sure I used a Phillips in the DeWalt drill/driver. The back seal is a foam pad so although tight the screws came out easily. Also had a lot of wire nuts and needed larger than I thought I would. Fast and easy though
