Lighting strike

Hi gang
I have a 2013 mountaineer 358RLT and took a lighting strike. Since then, both the A/C and the furnace want to run at the same time. I assume that the primary control board is bad, because I took the thermostat off the wall and they both sill want to run. Can anyone tell me where that control board is?
Thanks for any help
Rick

It's going to be in the controling AC unit. For us that's the one in the livingroom that's also a heat pump.

Should be a metal control box in both a.c. units. Easy to see in the bedroom unit by taking filter screen out. Chances are that it also took out the control cables that run from thermostat to both control boxes. And while it may look like a standard RJ11 telephone cable, it isn't wired the same.
