Clarification please!
Ok, i'm convinced that I need to take a look at my 07 Montana shackles, etc. Does it matter which parts kit if you have Mor/ryde? Is that the same as ez flex. My axles are the 35" measurement. Also, one kit states HD the ez flex doen not say that on the Dexter website.
LCarter
The kit you need is LRE12-001 and retails for $149.00 directly from MorRyde. The person I dealt with is:

Ben Wiginton
MOR/ryde International Inc.
1966 Moyer Ave
Elkhart, IN 46515
(574) 293-1581 x219
(574) 294-4936 Fax
ben.wiginton@morryde.com

If you talk to Ben, he can confirm the part number based upon your specific trailer (which is the same as mine). I got it two days after I ordered it, but I only live a couple hundred miles away.

Gary Wheeler at Mor/Ryde indicates there will be a Fall Rally special for wet bolt installs. It will be $149.99 for (2) axle kit alone or $288 for kit and install at Mor/Ryde in Indiana as time or appointments allow. Mor/Ryde is also offering Mor/Ryde kingpin installs during the rally.

That's a great price for the install.

My understanding is that if Mor/Ryde does't install, then they will reach out out to local Rv dealers.
So, my thought is to email Gary Wheeler @ mor/Ryde and set up your personal appointment. That is what I will be doing. the whole price seems very good. IMHO> Denns

Dennis, Mor/Ryde offered me the same deal last week in Elkhart. Bought the kit as I didn't have time for them to do the install. Had that done today at a local trailer shop here in K.C. Will pick up tomorrow. Will let you know what they charged me when I get the bill.

Thanks to the good advice on this forum, we're scheduled to have the wet bolt shackle kit installed at Mor/ryde on the Thursday before the start of the fall rally. After that, I'll just need to find someone who can show me what I need to do thereafter to keep the bushings lubricated since I don't know diddlesquat about such things!!!

David, you are going to have to purchase a grease gun.

How often do you grease those, Dennis? Before each trip? Or is that a little overkill?

Okay, without physically measuring axles widths, what wet bolt kit do I need?
I have the mor-ryde suspension and the unit is a 09 3400RL 10th Anniversary. Sure be nice to have a parts book and there wouldn't be so many queries. Appreciate the help. Thanks Ellis

Ellis, didn't you get a parts list with the manufacture's list of appliances and part numbers?

My understanding is that there are two, 33" or 35", center-to-center (hub to hub)....someone will come along and correct me if needed. Good Luck!

Ellis,
I think I am right on this, if not I'm sure someone will be along to correct me. Since you already have the Mor/Ryde suspension the axle spacing doesn't matter. You will only need the wet bolt kit. Axle spacing is only important if you are putting on the EZ Flex suspension.

Dave, I don't know what the time frame should be to grease them. However I plan to do it before each long trip.

Local shop here in K.C. charged me $180.00 to install the wet bolt kit I bought from Mor/Ryde. Didn't think that was too bad a price. I would not tackle it for that amount of money.

When your wet bolts are installed put in 45 degree grease nipples it will make greasing a lot easier. I am going to grease them every 2000 to 3000 miles or 4 times a year what ever comes first.
