That is a brand new floorplan, not aware of anyone here with it. I expect that it will be popular with 2 bedrooms, 2 baths and a loft. If you get it, less us know.

I know of 2 different people that have a similar floor plan (not sure what brand the camper is), namely, there is a bathroom in the very rear with an outside door on the rear of the camper.

Both people absolutely love that floor plan and they absolutely love having that back door on the end.

No doubt, that camper has a drop frame on the rear? (I'm just assuming)... if it does, one problem with the lower rear drop frames is the potential for the rear to drag going over dips and holes. I know the MHC 377FL has the rear drop frame and the biggest complaint about them is the rear dragging.

Check that out before you purchase. The longer the camper the more potential there is for rear end drag. Also, check the height of the jacks. If they are set too low, the rear jacks will also drag. It's just something to consider .... MORE than just the floor plan.

Before you buy/sign on that dotted line, especially if you are traveling to destinations that are HOT---make sure they plug in every single unit and test out that AC.
We had strong consideration to trade ours in last spring. LOVED everything about the rig we were looking at--Well, we had them bring the rig around front, plugged it into 50amp and there was little to no air coming out of the vents.
The sales person had the guts to say, well,,,you can feel a little if you reach UP to the vent.
Get out of here.
We walked.

Live and learn. Make them turn the AC on before you sit down and work any numbers. Lay in all the beds, stand in the shower. Can you feel cold blasting air? What about the loft? IS there enough air to cool the place people are sleeping closest to the roof?

Do your personal, hands on homework. Doesn't matter what we may think about it...what matters is the rig they are trying to sell you.

we have the 3915 TB, picked it up in November, just used it last week for the first time, traveled from upstate NY to Myrtle beach SC and back. Like the lay out, Not my favorite trailer, had a few over the last 24 years. Some issues were self inflected, lucky I'm a bit handy. not impressed with the lighting, the puck lights with the built in switch are horrible, could use more wall switches to turn on lights, switched the bunks to auto, changed out the dinette to pendents w/built in switches, added water pump and bottle water for Ice maker, have issue with a shade, flushed the black tanks and both fittings behind the hook up leaked flooding the compartment, had issue with the inverter, found a shorted outlet. come to think of it, are there any circuit brakers for the pass thru outlets ? or just the ground fault itself . we did add a hand wash sink to the outside compartment, always rinsing my hands while barbecuing. Oh! the rear camera ready hook up is only a hot wire from the running lights, should work fine for a wireless camera. I needed to run a wired harness for the Ford camera I ordered with the truck. I can continue but for now I added my two cents. the mattresses are comfortable, slept like a baby.

I have a 2020 Montana. I would never by anything Keystone makes. Terrible quality control and there warranty is a joke. They weasel out of everything. Also camping world are the worst.

Any camper built during the covid scam were crap. I learned this the hard way and took a $20k hit to get away from keystone debacle.
