2014 3610 needs (HAS) a home

Well, the Montana is just too good! Decided that it is our dream 5er and will keep it and use it as much as possible. There is nothing out there that is smaller that we would consider, even looked at truck campers. The other thing is not being a part of the MOC would have broken my heart!

OK, Fran and I are moving in a different direction with our RVing and will be looking to sell our 2014 Montana 3610 that we purchased in March of this year. I don't really have any pictures and am having some bone spurs removed tomorrow so it will be 3 weeks or so before I can get over to the Monty.

Originally we had planned to use the trailer for years, so we have some adds. added 4 G614's with 2014 dates and less than 1000 miles, had MCD install their Platinum Series Day/Night Shades on all the windows except the bedroom hutch window that has the wood blinds that match the wood color, replaced the bed with 8" Luxury Cool-MAX® Gel Foam RV Mattress II (Olympic Queen) from mattress insider, Magnum MS2012 inverter and 2 Lifeline 6V 300 AH batteries and lastly added some shelving (container store) in the basement.

I can't figure out how to insert files and photos but below is the dealer invoice. I got some pics from the inverter install and the basement storage that I'll try to locate when/if someone is interested.

We are planning to go to the TX Hill Country (only a couple hundred miles from us) in October and would like to take the Monty but can make other arrangements.

As far as price, I don't know, make a reasonable offer and we'll talk.

Thanks Scott

My first thought, and I've got to ask, Scott...why are you selling...it's a 2014 and loaded?

Well, we have a special need adult child at home and she works at wal-mart. we recently moved so she could walk to work but when it is all said and done mom feels that she has to stay around for the next 5 years. So we decided to let the Monty go and i'll take off backpacking and fishing in the summers. Looking now at a small towable or camper trailer.

Yup, it's loaded and except for solar, has everything we every wanted. Montana has been good to us and we really like everything about the 3610. But to see it sit for years with just a few weeks of use makes no sense, when somebody else could enjoy it. I will probably have a bunch of extras that I won't be needing so it may come well stocked too!

We have been through several 5th wheels including a 3100 just prior to the 3610. We looked real hard at the 3715MK (Jimmy) but the 3610 won out. It is a great unit and with the upgrades we did, will make a nice unit for somebody and the price will be good.

Thanks for asking, Scott

I also have an extended service contract through 4-30-2021 with Pro Teck purchased thru Wholesale Warranties that I believe with a $75 transfer fee can go with the new owner too!

Hi Scott looking at your invoices and receipts you have all the numbers up front, I do have a question is the power cord a 50 amp or a 30 amp it looks a little thin to be a 50.or the trailer being so big it makes it look small.

It's a 50amp and think it is 35' long, its the standard one that came with the unit.. I also have a 35' 35' Marinco Power Cord #6152SPPRV-25 that is easier to maneuver.

I also forgot that I have a Progressive Industries portable EMS-PT50C Surge Protector with Voltage Protection that will go with the Monty too.

Once I get over this bone spur thing in a couple weeks I'll be able to post more pics and have a better list of the little items that will go with the Monty. Seems like everyday I remember something else, wish I could blame the memory on the surgery but . . . . . .

Oh yea, Ive have a black sewer hose holder that can hold the Rhino that is not yet mounted. Forget the brand but has the flip open ends in stead of the twist on type.

Scott....I attempted to send you an email about your RV, but not sure if it went or not. If you get multiple ones, that is why. Please let me know if you get it.

Email sent from here on the MOC to another member does *NOT* work. It has been broken since the big crash in May. To communicate by email you have to send to/from your home email address to the private email address of someone else.

PMs here do work though.
