Fan running

I have my Monty plug into my home electric in preparation of leaving for a trip.

There is a noise coming from the box where all the fuses and circuit breaker are. Sounds like a fan...

Can you tell me what the noise may be...

The temperature here in Kentucky has been in the high 90's and yesterday it hit 101.

Thank you
