5th wheel hitch

Now that I have my TV ordered. I'm looking for a hitch. Found a Superglide #2900 hitch that is used. Is this something I should consider or buy new. They want $900 for it , is this a good price? Like I said I'm new to all of this and don't want to spend money on something that's not any good. What kind of questions should I ask.
