The caterer is booked and will barbecue on site over an oak fire, supplying beef tri-tip, chicken, beans, salad, bread and dessert for $15 (including tax and tip) per person. Individuals will supply their own dining utensils and drinks.
Supplies have to be ordered by the caterer on May 15th in order to arrive on the 22nd and be prepared for the barbeque on Saturday, May 23rd at 6 pm.
I need to receive your payment for the meal no later than May 14th for confirmation of the supply order. You will be notified when your payment is received. If your plans change after your payment is received and I’m notified prior to May 14th, you will receive a refund. Unfortunately, no refunds can be given after the food order is made.

We really appreciate you arranging this wonderful feast of a dinner again for us.
Like others have said...."the check is in the mail",.. well, our check is made out, in the envelope, stamped.....but a long way from a post office. We'll do our best to get it there before the deadline.

Don I'm glad I got back on the MOC, I forgot about sending a check!!! But took care of that today. Sent a note begging for wood also, With a 3500lb. pin weight I cant carry an awful lot inthe back of my truck!! See you there.........Dave

I'll have some wood available. I'd hate to see you off load important items in certain areas in order to save pin weight to compensate for wood!

Don,
I was just threatened by a very caring yet bashful person, that if I did not get my check in the mail then Kevin and I would have to watch others eat through a glass window.
So that Kevin and I will not have to do that or stand out front with a sign saying we will work for food.  
I have just placed in the mailbox a check for two for Kevin and I.

OK, OK. We're back in town. Now I see deadlines in threads I should have read a month ago.... I'll try to be caught up by the 20th. Woo-hoo, only 17 days till we arrive at Siskiyou!
I'll put our check in the mail tomorrow morning. I'm addressing the envelope momentarily.
We look forward to seeing all of our buddies tightly packed into the clubhouse one more time.
