birds for fuel?

HaHa guess I better up production on bird carving, maybe swap for diesel! Finished this black capped chickadee this afternoon. Too windy to fish.

That is beautiful. We have those little guys at home and they are so much fun to watch. You do amazing work and I'm sure your carvings could get you about anywhere you want to go (trade for diesel).

I want to thank you all for the very kind comments and also to all that has stopped in to look. Carving is something that I enjoy about as much as fulltiming. I hope all gets joy out of looking at my carvings as I get joy out of seeing all the others crafts here. There are sooo many talented people here at MOC's, even ones that doesn't do art or craft has a talent of some sort, if non other then making friends and bringing a joy and laughter . thanks everyone!!

Tom you do some beautiful work if you can call it work. It is time consuming. I make old bread treys and fruit bowls I have got to get to where I can post pics on here. I admire your talent and patients. bobby
