We often admired this park when we were in south Texas. Nice spot!

Thank you Judy/OZZ for the nice comments. CHrista and I are looking forward to getting down there and enjoying the community. This is a first for both of us, Buying something this expensive without first looking it over. Bill and Linda Collier were the first one's to point us in that direction. WE went by photographs from their office and the reputation of GreenGate Grove community. It looks like who ever rents it this fall will be the first to see it. We won't get down there until the first of February.. DARN....
I have had one inquiry already about this winter from a fellow MOC member..

John, when you get the hat and boots, I'd be interested in seeing a picture of that. Hope you enjoy your new digs next winter. Rick

John: Just curious about the rules for your park. I know it is a over 55 park, but the only people that will be down there from Apr. - Nov. are locals. Does the park have any rules re locals bringing in "God only knows what" to put on your lot?

Carle (DieselMan) has just called me, and advised me that he and Penny will be unable to make the trip to RGV, so my site will be available should anyone still be interested. I know it's short notice... Let me know or e mail me at cshp@earthlink.net
Safe Travels John
