Turns out the gas valve had failed, so we took it off and put on a new one. Luckily phoned a few RV places to see if they had one, and how much. $101, $89, and $79. When we got to the $79 store, he said they had actually gone up, but since he had quoted us $79, that is what he would charge. S&H Rv on Foothills Blvd here in Yuma. A smaller place with everything you need, and honest to boot. The part had actually gone up to $84. So we now have hot water. Actually 3 other rigs in the park had the same thing happen in the last week. Makes you wonder if the propane is dirty or something. Because of the cool weather, a lot of propane has been used.
