Our Mountaineer has a Northern Breeze by Ventline fan in the bathroom. It is a nice fan with rain sensor, thermostat, etc. The lift mechanism failed on our last trip. Our coach is four years old. I looked Ventline up on the internet and contacted their support by email. I received an immediate response and we identified the model of my unit. They sent me PDF files with wiring diagrams and a new lift mechanism arrived by UPS at no charge. The repair was simple and the fan is working perfectly. It's great to have a company stand behind their products as Ventline (Philips Products) has. I'm a happy customer!!!
