I-40 - Montana Sightings

West bound through Tijeras Canyon into Albuq 7/11 about 2:30 or 3 - I was in truck with Monty -Jack towing yellow and white boat.

East bound record number today 7/16 mile marker 231 2:12 pm - think you had brown truck, next was at mile marker 226 2:36 pm, white truck. Next we were at rest stop mile marker 207, when one went by west bound. Jack was towing trailer and I was behind him towing boat.

Was one of those sightings a 2002 Dodge 3500 towing a Montana 3400RL? If so that was us. We saw 4 Montys but the info is in the trailer right now as we just got home. But tomorrow I will get it and post our sightings...Kathi

Kathi, it could have been - I am not real good at identification of tow vehicles or which Monty except rear windows as seen through the rear view. We were surprised at all the Montys as with all the miles of travel we have done we can go along time and never see any. Jack flashed lights but you know how it is trying to drive and see if anyone flashes back. If you were coming into Albuq I was heading east and having trouble with the truck (in shop now before we head out next week). Did have one in the camp ground at Conchas Dam State Park, NM but never got to talk to them.
