Two minutes later--Just reread your post and I think I am talking about a different Club but you have to tell me that! LOL
Have had no problems with Escapees Club. They normally do not take reservations and you do have to be a member of the Club to be able to stay in their parks. They have their own parks and some are off the beaten path but they are nice and relatively cheap to stay in. You pay a daily rate and also at the end you pay for electricity used which is metered for each sight. We stayed a week in one park and it cost us about $8-10 and another week in another park and it ran us about $12 so it is not that bad. The two parks we were very friendly and had quite a few activities going on for their people in the park. The parks are scattered besides the regular Escapee parks there are ccop parks they are associated with also but we have not stayed in them yet. The rate an OK with us!

Yes. I think it's a different outfit. This is a discount RV program where they offer 1/2 price or as low as $10 a nite. There is an annual fee of $79 or so. Just wondering if anyone has had any experience with them.
Great RV Escapes.

We used to belong to both Happy Camper and Excapees. Both offer great discounts on many RV parks.. some, obviously, with restrictions.. such as off season in AZ or first night only. I am reconsidering both now that I'm back on the road again.

There are quite a few of us who have had good experiences with Passport-America. Not the same group but similar discounts. Before you do anything also research PA.

You said a lot, Robbie! I know, for sure, that I am convinced you know nothing about this, just like I don't, but I didn't have the guts to admit it. Like the phrase "A man's gotta know his limits", it sure sounds like you are there! And now, me too.
At this point, I think captastjoe should join that club and provide testimonial, but they sound like they'd prefer someone else spend their money and report back. Nothing wrong with that either. Otherwise the MOC seems to be stumped about "Great RV Escapes".
Best of luck with this one.

Got this from iRV2,
"Well folks, this is an old dog with a new skin.
They used to advertise as RV Park Superguide. If you call any of the campgrounds listed, they will tell you they never heard of this outfit. Stay Clear of these crooks. I speak from past bad experience."
NUF SAID I GUESS.

We start our full time adventure May 1st. You'll be seeing more posts with many more questions as we go down the road......
