We keep ours parked in a 34x44 all metal building. It's a 2014 and looks as new inside and out. I don't have over maybe 6 months of it being outside from the time it was manufactured till now. I picked it up within 3 days of arriving at the dealer. Some rv's sit on the lot for 6 months before they sell. Have it for sale now and maybe i can get a fair price for it because of the care but i'm not betting on it. Just haven't had good enough health to travel like we wanted to.

We have 7 winters in Florida on this 13 3402 not under cover. We do have the roof checked every year and maint preformed as necessary. It gets waxed once a year, the camper that is. It looks good. The sun does beat the awnings to death no matter where it is.

I live in Texas so my Monty is stored in a covered RV lot. About $200 a month, but I have electric(110) air, dump station, and RV power washing station. They also stay on top of rodent control which I appreciate. It stays out of sun and hail storms. I see other RV stored outside, and like others have stated, the sun and weather just destroys them. My Monty stays clean for the most part and looks like new. Also protects your tires. If there is an option, I will take covered storage every time.

No doubt covered is better. Just not sure if the payoff is big enough to invest about $9-10k to have a 20 x 40 pole barn built.

I had a Camco cover on my monty. A windy day (Not hurricane force) ripped it lengthwise. Camco replaced it, but it's a royal pain taking it off and very dangerous putting it on.

Living in Arizona I’m thinking a pole barn or something. Does anyone have a recommendation for who to buy one from? Finally have a place I can put one on, I hate having it sit out in the sun.

We don’t live in Arizona, but exposure to the weather elements and UV, simply prematurely ages your unit wherever you live. I have a 30x50 ft pole barn, with a 14x14 garage door on each end for easy drive through. Concrete floor and good tight seals around the doors to keep rodents and reptiles out. Insulation is a plus.

Pretty much the same setup for us. And about the same $$.
