Sounds like all of the problems are cosmetic and should have been found during the pre-delivery inspection and addressed before you took possession. Sounds like everything should be covered by warranty regardless. Be sure to work all the bugs out and get any needed repairs addressed during the warranty period. Hopefully, the dissapointments will now be over and you can get on with enjoying the rig!!
