Fulltimer's maintenance checklist help

After this week the DW and I are going to take up fulltimer residence in our 3400. We don't plan on traveling so the Monty will just be sitting there. I looking for advise on things I need to do weekly, monthly etc. as far as maintenance. Here's what I have so far:
WEEKLY:
Dump & Flush Black system, inspect hoses, power cords and sewer hoses
MONTHLY:
Run slide in/out, check water level in batteries, check ATF level in slide tank, check wheel chocks and stabilizers, check tires
Thanks for any more ideas !

I'm not sure of the reason for running the slideouts in and out monthly. Some do it as a matter of routine. We've been full timing for over eight years (I always add that so you have a better idea of where I'm coming from) and we've never run our slides in and out except when getting ready to leave and when we're setting up at our destination. We've been parked in one place for four months at a time and this time it will be about 16 months (recovering from back surgery). My dealer, who I believe is probably in the top five of the best dealers in the country, says there is no problem with leaving the slides out until you move the rig. So far, I'm with him. I know there are others on the forum who will disagree with me, but we all make our choices and live with them.
