We will be arriving late afternoon on Sunday the 8th so we will be available to help first thing on Monday the 9th. I have already told Bish. We will contact Elkhart Co Fairgrounds and make reservations for the 8th.
See you then

Hope the issues work out. Thanks for volunteering, your cart will save you a lot of pedaling. See you sometime the ninth.

We both have extensive experience meeting people and relocating Montys.

Hoping a GPS might be available???, It has been a while since I read a map while driving.

Sorry, no bicycles, BUT You may rest assured we would keep any rumored golf carts no more than 10 MPH above the posted speed limit!

Looking forward to seeing you guys again,

Ron & Rhonda

Have you been practicing your hand signals? I know Rhonda has probably told you where to go a couple of times.

A little pedaling is good, too much takes the fun out of it. Looks like the Army will be well represented. I hope I don't see you guys low walking through the bushes. If the Montys can't see you, well you know.

Larry, you can use your bike if you want but we should also have carts if you want. Does Cheryl still have a high liter from last year. Budget cuts and all that.

Since the CPRR we have traveled to Washington state (near Seattle) and have had multiple opportunities to practice 'special' hand signals along the way.

You are correct, Rhonda has found MANY vocal opportunities to correct my direction.

FYI: My 'Event Coordinator' (aka Rhonda) has told me we should be arriving in Goshen on Sat. 7th. So, we should be available to help with early arrivals.

Looking forward to seeing everyone!

Ron, if you haven't done so already, be sure to contact the fairgrounds to reserve your early arrival on the 7th. We handle 9th,10th and 11th arrivals, then they handle anything before the 9th. Phone:574-533-3247
Thanks,

See you in Goshen!

Not sure what a Monty Relocation Specialist is, we will be arriving on the 10th, I can help, I'm a pretty quick learner, also a retired Navy Chief so coffee cup in hand I can just about direct any operation

Thanks Rick. Please read the "rally parking procedures" thread for job descriptions. It's pretty easy and more of a social gathering thing. Coffee will not be a problem. "Mr Coffee" will be returning again this year and Charlie always has coffee. We usually meet at the pot at sixish to start off each day. See you the tenth.

That is awesome on the early arrival. And you don't have to call me "Mr", el conquistador would be fine. Safe travels.
