Thursday Dinner MOC Input Needed?

After consulting with Mark Krol regarding the Thursday Keystone-Montana dinner, we have hit a snag and need MOCers input. The campground has a no outside-catering policy so we have decided that the dinner would be a good old-fashioned cookout. For the cookout we are in need in grills as well as some volunteer cooks. I have a Roadtrip Grill that uses the one pound propane bottles we can use, and will have no problem manning it, but we need a few other grills and cooks. Let me know if we have them available and if anyone prefers charcoal and has a grill, Mark needs to know whether or not to purchase charcoal and/or propane.

Bingo,
We have a grill and one pound bottles of propane also. It will do 6 hamburgers at a time. There is also a burner to heat some beans or whatever. We'll also help cook.

We can help Bingo with a Weber gas bottled grill so add us in. If we provide the grills, etc., ask Mark to provide the rib-eyes!

It's going to take a LOT of rib eyes to fill all the grills.

We have Weber 220Q grill, and #20 bottle with hoses that can run two other grills. We always have it in the Motty, just tell us if you need us.

Bingo - Based on your comment regarding the snag in the Thurs dinner by Keystone. Since catered meals are not allowed brought in does this mean we are all to bring our own entrée to cook for the "old-fashioned cookout"? Or will Mark (the Keystone rep) be providing the food to cook and we will need to provide enough grills to do the cooking? Please advise. Thanks

Mark is providing everything for the Thursday cookout on behalf of Keystone-Montana. All we have to do is provide fire (which we will have plenty of) and cooks (which it also appears we will have plenty of). He told me he is covering drinks and dessert as well.
